| Electrical Safety Working with electricity can be dangerous. Engineers,
electricians, and other professionals work with electricity directly, including
working on overhead lines, cable harnesses, and circuit assemblies. Others, such
as office workers and sales people, work with electricity indirectly and may
also be exposed to electrical hazards

Many deaths and injuries arise
from:
 | use of poorly maintained electrical equipment; |
 | work near overhead power lines; |
 | contact with underground power cables during excavation work; |
 | mains electricity supplies (230 volt); |
 | use of unsuitable electrical equipment in explosive areas such as car
paint spraying booths |
Fires started by poor electrical installations and faulty electrical
appliances cause many additional deaths and injuries
|
Electrical Safety is required in:
 | Construction |
 | Production |
 | Excavations and underground services |
 | General health and safety |
 | Inspection and testing |
 | Maintenance |
 | Overhead power lines |
 | Potentially explosive atmospheres |
 | Public places |
 | Standards and approved codes of practice |
We provide consultancy and training services through conducting electrical
safety audits and by providing trainings. We can also check compliance to
ATEX directive (European Union) and Electricity
Rules(India).
